Vehicle Pickup Messaging
Customers at participating locations may initiate a vehicle pickup request by texting a designated phone number or otherwise requesting SMS-based vehicle pickup service.
These messages are intended solely for customer care and vehicle pickup coordination. They may include confirmation that a vehicle request was received, updates concerning the status of a vehicle request, and other communications directly related to the customer’s requested service.
The vehicle pickup messaging experience may be powered by a third-party technology provider on behalf of Garage Management Company.
Consent to Receive Messages
By opting into SMS communications through a web form, text message, verbal consent, posted call-to-action, or another applicable opt-in method, you agree to receive SMS messages from or on behalf of Garage Management Company for the particular messaging program or service to which you have opted in.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
